“100% perfecto”

“Rooms are old. I was told to get a safer room I had to pay $15 extra which was an access door to inside the property and a outside door access. My cousin was charged $10 extra dollars a night because he had a new coffee pot in his room. The pillows are old and flat. The towels, soaps, and wash cloths were inadequate and the bedding is old. The carpet is very old and felt dirty.”

“No hot water in the shower. Toilet tank was brown and disgusting and there was no cover for the tank.Toilet bowl was also very dirty. Fire alarm was not connected.”

“Older hotel that needs serious renovation. The rooms are Texas size, which is nice. The shower was very easy to use, although I wish it was a walk-in shower rather than a tub-shower combo. The ladies at the front desk were helpful, especially when telling me about popular restaurants in Mabank and Gun Barrel City. I frequented two of them (one Italian; one steakhouse) and they were excellent. But I discovered rust stains in the bedroom section and bathroom, one of the lamps didn't illuminate,...

“The staff was friendly, the room was clean.”

“Not terrible high class crack tell”

“Family owned motel. Very friendly. Bathroom could use up dating.”

“terrible staff. wouldn’t be back. rooms are okay.”

“The sheets were clean and carpet was vacuumed. However, the walls were stained with dirt. Needed a paint job. Tub spout and toilet paper holder was barely hanging on. Some parts of the base trim had roofing paper on it. You can smell smoke all night from people smoking outside. If you’re just there to sleep, then it is perfect for that.”

“The room was clean overall but the property itself needs a good revamp/updating. The beds were rock hard. It was great for a cheap, last minute, basically no other option motel.”

“The owner was very nice and responsive. We had an emergency and didn’t get to stay. We did notice that the pool wasn’t ready yet and I think we were the first ones to rent for this season and the bathroom wasn’t very fresh or clean. ”

“El lugar es pequeño oro agradable”

“We loved the hiking trail and all the deer. Thank you!”

“Host was nice and easy to communicate with. House is as described and in a quiet neighborhood.”

“Small but everything you need! Loved the decor and all the special touches! So nice to have a mini split a/c instead of a window unit that pumps moisture in instead of out! Comfy bed and all the amenities. Highly recommend”

“The hot tub was clean, and place was nice! Loved the back yard, exactly as pictured.”
